很高兴今天有机会，在这里，跟大家一起探讨课堂评价.课堂教学是新课程改革的主阵地，课堂评价的恰当与否直接影响学生学习的积极性与主动性.小学英语课堂评价是对学生学习过程的评价，目的在于掌握学生的学习情况，激发学生的学习热情，促进学生全面发展，而不仅仅是对学生的一种测评.对学生进行评价是有效、成功教学的一部分.如果能利用好课堂评价这一工具，必能激发学生的学习兴趣，促进学生学习质量的提高，起到事半功倍的作用.但是，在现在的小学英语课堂评价中，也存在着误区：评价不够简练，滥用鼓励与夸奖.作为一名教师，在日常的教学中，表扬是我们重要的教育手段，因为学生都喜欢得到老师的表扬和称赞，渴望得到老师的认可和尊重，特别是对于那些平时表现较差的学生来说，表扬有时能起到意想不到的作用，因为他们平时得到最多的是批评，对于自己他们已没什么信心，有时甚至会破罐子破摔，这时一个恰到好处的表扬往往能使他重新树立自信，点燃学习的热情，也会让作为老师的你收到意想不到的好结果，但过度的鼓励与夸奖，也许会起到反作用.现在三年级有两个班是我任教的，曾经为了鼓励学生积极发言和维持课堂秩序，我在课堂上手中拿着奖励学生的小五星，只要学生举手发言，其所在的小组就能得到一颗小五星；我在黑板上设计了小组得奖的统计表，学生每发言一次，我就匆忙赶回黑板前贴一个标志.整堂课中，我异常忙碌，学生也心急火燎，因为他们要得到一次发言的机会，就必须等我给“获奖者”贴完标志.我更是忙中出错，一会儿贴错了小组，一会儿又忘记了贴标志.一整堂课下来，我似乎忘记了课堂评价的最终目的并不是为了记录学生在课堂上的一言一行，也不是为了把每个小组在每堂课中的表现都划分出好与差的等级.经过反思，我觉得教师的课堂评价是为了调控学生的学习情绪，调动学生参与课堂学习活动的积极性.如果学生已经积极参与到课堂活动之中，教师就没有必要过分注重活动效果的统计，而不顾学生的实际需求.有时在外听课时，我们也能发现同样的问题.我们时常看到一些老师频繁的给学生奖励，单词读对了，就带领全班学生拍手齐说“super！” ，或是回答出一个简单的题就说“真能干”、“好极了”，课堂上这样的声音此起彼伏.不管学生的思考是否到位，也不管学生的回答是否有可取之处，便盲目地进行表扬与奖励.甚至片面地认为，只要对学生肯定了，表扬了，奖励了，学生学习的积极性就调动起来了.所以一堂课下来好多学生都有小红花、五角星，有的还得到很多.其实新课程标准强调对学生尊重和赏识并不意味着对学生一味地表扬，表扬和奖励也应有个“度”，千万不可滥用.不合适、太多的奖励和评价会失去应有的意义和价值，会让学生“迷失自我”.比如学生读单词的活动属于不需太多思维创新的模仿活动，教师只要点头肯定其发音正确或进行必要的纠正即可，无须用如此夸张的语言加以评价.同时我们评价的词语可以多样化一点，不要老是“好”、“聪明”、“能干”，评价也不一定只用语言，你举个大拇指，鼓个掌……偶尔也是可以的.对后进生，哪怕是微小的进步，也要给予肯定与鼓励，他们更需要关切的目光和贴心的话语，教师切莫让他们产生被遗弃的感受.对学习成绩较好的学生，要求要严格，才有利于促进他们不断进取.当然，当他们的学习的确有水平或创新时，同样要给予热情的肯定，以激发他们的远大志向，促进他们在学习上更加勤奋.切忌不分青红皂白地评价“真聪明”“好极了”.在表扬奖励的同时，还应注意客观的评价指正，使学生在挫折中吸取教训，明确努力的方向.当一个学习目标激发了学生的学习动机时，教师给予学生丰富的反馈就告诉学生：他们对问题的看法为什么是正确的或者为什么是错误的，他们的实力所在，同时还可以帮助学生更进一步的开发他们的潜力.对于一些学生来说，接受教师的书面反馈和及时反馈是十分重要的.而另外一些学生则需要教师给予他们面对面的谈话，以此强调他们哪些方面做得很好.当前，我们把激发学生的学习兴趣，培养学生学习的积极性作为小学英语教学的最基本目标.因此，在对学生的评价中，尤其是形成性评价，基本都以学生平时参与各种英语教学活动所表现出来的学习兴趣、态度和交流能力等为主要依据.针对新课程展示、复习巩固等不同内容，对学生的分层和评价也不一样，要充分体现评价主体的多元性；评价有以整体为单位的，小组为单位的，也有以个人为单位的.同时，也许注重评价形式的多样性：学生自评、小组互评、教师评价和家长评价，多用A、B、C、D的等级进行评价.除此，小学英语课堂评价还具有一些独特的特征，下面用小组评价作为例子，从四个方面来予以表述，这四个方面分别是：1、教师对课堂的评价应该具有实效性；2、教师对课堂评价应具有多样性；3、教师对课堂评价应具有准确性；4.让学生参与课堂评价.1、教师对课堂的评价应该具有实效性首先，教师应该明确课堂评价的目的.小学英语课堂评价的目的不是区别于优生和差生，而是激发学生学习的积极性，让学生在评价过程中反思自己的学习行为，发现自。
