    如何用外贸邮件开发客户

    一、对于展会: 分类:客户需求、产品、意愿等进行分类处理,根据该客户是否可以成交、订单大小、难易程度确定先后开发的顺序。

    并有针对性地发不同内容的邮件。开发信内容:(1)内容以三段内为好;(2)使用简单的单词,让人易懂且不会出现错误(3)不说无关客户需求的话;(4)直切主题:公司、自己的简介,与客户相见的时间与客户的需求产品,提供该需求的资料与报价(参数、尺寸、包装)。

    发送PDF文件,包含产品目录、产品图片等直接致电二、心理战术 标题勾引打开:好标题:应用于XXX的产品;写出具体的产品名称与国家(你知道对方行业与所需产品);加上Re;有价格有产品有对方公司名称;对方公司名称+合作大客户+自己公司名称阅读兴趣:称呼,知道名字的情况下你懂得怎么写,我就不赘述了;让客户觉得你同他们有关系,您在做某某生意,您可能在需要一个靠谱的供应商;产品:有些邮件系统会屏蔽陌生人发送的链接、带图片的邮件,建议不要直接插图片。可以把产品目录附上;结尾:抛出一个具体的问题,来获得客户的回复。
