今天有机会进行自我介绍深感荣幸。我乐意回答你们所提出来的任何问题。

我希望我今天能表现的非常出色。 2、I am ­years old, born in province/Beijing, northeast/southeast/southwest…… of china, and I am currently a freshman（大一新生）/sophomore（大二学生）/junior（大三学生）/senior（大四学生） student at Capital 。

大学个人总结

四年前当我来到这个学校的时候，还是一个懵懂的孩子，对这里的一切都是那样的好奇而新鲜；如今四年转瞬离去，已经长成一个青年，对现实与未来也有了一些自己的考量；在即将结束这段人生历程的时候，回头去看……有一些话应当写下来。

用两年的时间我明白了一个道理 这四年来，我用了前面两年的时间来浪费青春，来明白一个让我痛彻心肺的道理。我的高考志愿是父母的意愿，当时自己没有多想什么，然后就报上来了，来到生物系。

我当时没有想什么，因为觉得自己能够适应这样的生活，报什么专业无所谓，反正都是一样的学嘛。然而，事实与我想象的并不一样。

短暂的新鲜感过去之后，随之而来的却是从心底出来的不习惯，我的学习习惯和性格并不适合学习这样的一门学科；然而当时却又没有那个魄力和把握去调整院系，于是就这样浑浑噩噩的过了两年。两年的时间，每次回家都要受到父母大人的盘问和教育，甚至不惜横眉怒目拳脚相加。

我知道父母的苦心，但无奈就是做不到。两年过去，我已经疲惫，时间果然是最好的良药，那每天啃噬我精神的懊悔和不满，也渐渐平息下来了，这事情是我这辈子上过的最生动最重要的一课，当然，也是代价惨重，留下的，大致有这样的一些体会：人，不管到什么时候，一定要把自己的命运掌握在自己手里，而不是随着生活去被摆弄。

为了做到这个，就要自强，就要让自己有那个实 力去选择，而不是被选择。借用湄豆的一句话：即使看不清未来，也不要放弃了明天。

如果你对自己手中的工作不满意，尽可以去考虑换环境，换地方；但一定要记住，在找到新的归宿之前，一定不要放弃手中的，否则后果很可能是一无所得，“死得很惨”。 一定要做自己的决定，而不是别人的，无论如何，无论是什么事。

我毫不怀疑父母是为了我好，但还是那一句话：“父母永远是主观上为子女好的”，但客观上究竟起到什么样的效果，不是父母能够预计到的，也不是自己能够预计到的。决定是自己的，只有自己能够对它负责，也只有自己做决定，才能够做到无怨无悔。

决定，是一件需要慎重的事情。所以不能在那样草率，一定要有提前的准备和考量，否则就会措手不及，就难免做出让自己后悔的决定。

当断的时候，就应该果断一些，要对自己能够承受什么容忍什么有所把握，而不是什么都无所谓——要知道，有些事情并不是无所谓的，所以说，人要从各种各样的事情中去了解自己，对自己要的是什么、能够接受什么容忍什么、不能容忍什么有所把握，这样才能做出相对正确的决策。必要的时候，要学会调整自己的情绪……性格上的棱角要磨平一些，不能太放纵自己，要学会自我控制。

大学，意味着人长大了，很多时候要学会忍耐，学会为了一个目标去做自己并不感兴趣的事情，而不是由着自己的性子去想怎样就怎样——这样带来的一切后果都只能自负，没有别人能够为你负责。或者，这也是珍惜吧，珍惜手中的机会。

机不可失，失不再来。 用四年的时间我懂得了人生最重要的事 如果让我说四年的时间我学到的最重要的东西是什么，让我用最简短的字来概括这四年我学到的让我觉得使得我四年无悔的东西，那么我想说的就是简单的几个字：爱和责任。

几年间（尤其是2004年）遇到的人和事，让我深受触动。人生在世应当与人为善，用善良的心对待每一个值得这样对待的人，这是爱，也是爱的责任。

在写过的一段话中，我这样对自己要求：做一个懂得爱、珍惜爱、知道如何去爱的人。让我的爱人因我而感到幸福；让我的亲人因我而感到快乐；让我的朋友因为我而开心。

做一个懂得责任、肯于承担责任的人。对于你，我爱，我负有的责任便是和你携手一生，我共享人生酸甜苦辣，以此为最大的幸福；对所有关心我的人，我会让你们放心；对我的祖国——我的生命属于你，在你需要我的时候，我愿不惜一切。

做一个懂得中国传统的有中国风格的中国人。我要努力了解和学习中国的传统文化，做一个名副其实的中国人，做一个懂得中国传统的中国人。

做一个有专业素养的科学工作者。用手中的技术去实现梦想，探索未知的世界。

我用四年的时间思考自己的人生，终究还是有些迷惘。用四年的时间认识自己，一天又一天的发现自己的幼稚。

但我相信，只要思考不停止，对自己的要求不放松，人就会不断进步，就能不断突破自我。 结语 回首四年，我走到到今天的样子，不得不说，是比较失败的。

其实，对这过去的四年，我基本持否定多于肯定的态度。在彷徨中度过的这段时光，是心里永远的痛楚。

我不要毕业照了，不要留影了，如果有回忆，如果那回忆值得记起，那么必定会在若干年后凸现在记忆深处，即使没有照片也无所谓。无所谓了，就把这段让自己觉得羞愧的四年时光尘封起来放在记忆深处吧，让自己记得还曾经这么浑浑噩噩地度过了四年，耽误了四年的时光。

愿它能够催我奋起直追。时日不多矣。

幸运的是，我还有梦想。未来的日子我们谁也不能说清会如何，但也正是未知的生活带给我们机会和新的希望。

青年须努力，男儿当自强。我们共勉。
