给高速交警的信 高速交警： 你好！ 今天，你们的官方微博推送了一个案例：因父亲总是在高速路上开车时接电话，家人屡劝不改，女大学生小陈通过微博私信向警方举报了自己的父亲，警方核实后，依法对老陈进行了教育和处罚。

对警方公开这一案例的做法，我表示反对。 老陈开车时接听电话，无论是在高速公路还是市区道路，都是不对的，因为这种行为会对交通安全产生不利影响，非常容易造成交通事故。

小陈向警方举报父亲，虽然是因为屡次劝说无效，“迫于无奈，更出于生命安全的考虑”，但是不妥的。 警方依法处罚交通违规行为是对的，但公开这种“子女举报父亲”的行为是错误的。

难道举报违法行为还有什么不妥当吗？ 回答这个问题前，我们先说一个故事。春秋时期，孔子周游列国，遇到叶公。

叶公对孔子说：“我的家乡有一个直率坦白的人，父亲偷了羊，他便去告发父亲。”孔子说：“我的家乡直率坦白的人与你所说的不同：父亲为儿子隐瞒，儿子为父亲隐瞒。

汉律中，孔子的这一道德评价上升为法律，成为定罪量刑的一条原则，后世一直延续。 为什么亲亲相隐？很简单，社会是由一个个家庭组成的，家庭是以血缘为纽带的，家人之间理应亲密无间，如果亲人之间相互检举揭发，相互猜忌、防范，社会何来稳定？ 当然，即使古代的亲亲相隐，也并非要隐瞒所有的问题，谋逆等重罪不包括在内。

也就是说，重大原则问题之外，是鼓励亲亲相隐的。 警方在微博这一公共平台上公布交通违章案例，既是普法也是警示。

但公布“子女举报父亲”最终使父亲被法律追责，无疑是在鼓励这种行为，从众多网友点赞看，确实产生了这种的效果。 几年前，有部门以加强反腐为名，鼓励小学生举报公务员父母在家收礼的活动，在广泛质疑声中被叫停。
