商业信函式 同其它信函一样,商业信函也是一种具有习惯式的文体。
商业信函通常由信封、信文及附件部分构成。前两部分是必不可少的,而后者则需视具体情况而定 1)信封 (1)信封的种类 信封有横式和竖式两种。
用横式信封时,将收信人地址写在信封的上方;用竖式信封时,将收信人地址写在信封的右侧,如果位置颠倒了,就会导致投递错误,发信人寄出的信又会给投递回来 ()信封的内容 ①收信人地址。用横式信封时,收信人地址居上书写;用竖式信封时居右书写。
