理想是我们前进的航标，目标是我们奋斗的动力。其次，青春需要思考。

三思而后行，年轻的我们是血气方刚的一代，当我们用冷静的思考去面对人生中的一切，还有什么事做不成、办不到的呢！再者，青春需要努力。少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲。

年轻的时代，就是一个应当努力奋斗的年代，通过自己的打拼去积累今后的人生阅历，去历练自己。要知道迷人的彩虹出自大雨的洗礼，丰硕的果实来自辛勤的耕耘。

最后，青春需要有良好的心态。做任何事情都要一个好的心态，遇到了挫折就要学会坚强，因为青春没有失败，只要你再次努力。

有一句话叫做“得一时淡然，失一时坦然。”青春是一幅画，镌刻着瑰丽、浪漫的色彩；青春是一首歌，回荡着欢快、美妙的旋律。
