As I join in this team, I have to attend a English free talk every Friday afternoon . It about one and half hour . Startedly,we didn't know what and how to talk about each other,especially me. Just our boss spoken at there. He was very unsatisfied with our performance. I knew he wanted to push ourselves to growth in the working.Because we have not enough experience in the Printer field.

I also want to performance myself to him.But at that time, I always couldn't express my opinion cleary, The simple words disappeared from my mind.I feel anxiously .I don't know what should I do.Sometimes,I thought I have not the language talent,I want to give up. Through these days practising,I found I make great progress. So I feel pleasant.

Maybe I should appreciate my boss,he give me this chance to improve my English.just he said :"Did you meet a Boss like me would like to teach or practice his guys in working time ?"He is right,Nobody would spend much time to training a person to master the things and pay for him.

So I think I am a lucky person.I will treasure this happy days(in HEAVEN).Maybe there have some terrible days (in Hell).
