hate to do和hate doing的区别

hate to do ：hate后跟动词不定式，不定式后面的动作通常是一个具体或一次性和特指的动作。即讨厌去做某事,还未发生的事.

hate doing ：hate后跟动名词。这时的动作是一个表示习惯性或经常性不具体的动作。常用为讨厌现在所做的事

举个例子

I hate to do chores, I hate some chores too.

（我不喜欢做家务，我也讨厌家务活。）

I hate doing the dishes. It's so boring. I hate to do chores. 

（我讨厌洗餐具。太无聊了。我讨厌做家务。）

I hate to do this to you, Alice, but I'm going to have to ask you to put in some more overtime.
