上课睡觉是个很矛盾的问题，首先它会影响你整节课的听课质量，但是如果不睡又会犯困，一样听不好课。所以，你最好保持充足的睡眠。

如果还是不行，那就像老师申请，要求站一会儿，仔细听一会儿课，我想你总不至於站著睡著吧，等清醒了再坐下，我们就是这样的，横有效。

还有就是做好笔记，这样可以强迫自己不至於走神，发困。

不过我想调整好自己平时的睡眠才是最重要的。。。
